Position Overview
- Lead a structured, nurturing infant classroom (6 weeks–18 months)
- Support early childhood development through responsive care and routines
- Maintain a calm, organized daycare classroom environment
- Follow all NYS OCFS regulations and center policies
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents
- Work as part of a reliable, accountable team

Qualifications (Required – No Exceptions)
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field + infant experience
- CDA (Infant/Toddler) + experience in a childcare or daycare setting
- Recognized infant/toddler credential + relevant experience
